Tractor- We have spent a lot of money getting essential items repaired on the tractor. Please use and respect the tractor.
Starter Motor-if you suspect that any salt water has accidentally splashed into our starter motor, alternator or electrical system, ring Ritchie (06) 364 0103, Blair 364 0430 or Trevor 364 8424 urgently. It is cheaper to carry out repairs immediately :o ; leaving any salt water in these items will cause irreparable damage. :(
We will be fitting a new seat soon as the old one is a bit boney  . The springs are shot, so until the new one is fitted please excercise caution.

It has been noticed that the tow balls on the tractors draw bar have been bent downwards.
To stop this happening again the oversized ball has now been removed.
The standard sized ball joint has been straightened.
We are in the process of installing lights at the front and rear of the tractor, together with a battery isolation switch. This switch will override the ignition and should stop the battery from discharging.
We are trying to obtain a fibreglass cover above the seat and are looking at a dual wheel system. If you know where we could obtain such items let us know.

Tractor has fibreglass roof attached to the Safety frame and some lights mounted up top which are yet to be wired up and an isolation switch fitted.
The draw bar has been re made as it was nearly rusted through and a new tow ball fitted.
All going well the lights and isolation switch will be done in the next few weeks -our freindly auto sparky has been very busy and will see to this when he gets a spare moment.
